You may choose to not provide us with certain personal information, but this may limit your ability to access certain features of our Site or use our services and products. In the event that you provide us with consent to obtain information about one or more of your accounts at a financial institution, you may revoke such consent by contacting us at [email protected].
“Do-Not-Track” is a public-private initiative that has developed a technical “flag” or signal that an end-user may be able to activate within their browser software to notify websites that they do not wish to be “tracked” by third parties as defined by the initiative. The initiative, however, has not reached a consensus as to exactly what technical or other actions those parties receiving the signal should take. As a result, Do-Not-Track has not yet been standardized and most websites, including our Services, do not alter their behavior or change their services when they receive a “Do-Not-Track” flag or signal.
You may also follow the steps provided by initiatives that educate users on how to set tracking preferences for most online advertising tools. These resources include the Network Advertising Initiative (https://thenai.org/about-online-advertising/) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://digitaladvertisingalliance.org/). The Digital Advertising Alliance also offers an application called AppChoices (https://youradchoices.com/appchoices) that helps users to control interest-based advertising on mobile apps.
You may elect to opt-out of receipt of email and text communications from us by following the instructions provided in such communications or by contacting us as provided below. Even after opting out, you may still receive service oriented, non-promotional communications from us and promotional communications from other third parties as a result of their own interactions or transactions with you. Please allow time for us to process your request or contact us should you have any concerns about your opt-out request.
8. Links to Other Websites
We may provide links to third-party websites that have and maintain their own separate privacy policies and practices. Please note that this privacy policy does not apply to any of these third-party websites and that we have no control over how other parties access, use, and maintain your personal information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any such third party prior to providing them with any of your personal information.
9. Privacy of Children’s Information
Our Site and services are not intended for anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from any individuals under such age. If you are under 18 years old, we ask that you do not use our Site or provide us with any personal information. Please notify us immediately if you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
